Yoga Storytime by Miriam RaventosThis book is a bit different from the other yoga stories we reviewed. Although it includes poses to follow along with, it also tells the story of how the art of yoga developed in India. While it is a bit less interactive and a bit longer and wordier, it was probably the most effective in our house. The key point of interest was when the story talked about how hard it is to simply *breath*. It challenges kids to do NOTHING else. To not scratch an itch. To not let your mind wander. To just *breath*. It was powerful and fun and challenging and we are still working on it!
